Custom products

• Every product is custom printed from artwork you provide or approve. You'll receive a free digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.
• Because items are personalized, orders can't be cancelled once they enter production, and returns aren't accepted — see our Refund & Reprint Policy for how we handle defects and printing errors.

Your artwork

• You confirm you own or have the right to use any artwork, logos, or text you upload. You keep all rights to your artwork; you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to produce your order and proofs.
• We refuse orders containing unlawful or infringing content.

Pricing & production

• Prices are shown before checkout. Production is typically 2 business days after proof approval; samples ship within 48 hours. Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Colors can vary slightly between screens and print — the approved proof is the reference.
